Located in the stunning Bow Valley in Canada, Cascade Realty Services have been providing property services to Banff and the surrounding areas since 1996! A selection of experienced realtors work to match sellers and buyers of both residential and commercial property in and around Banff National Park.

A fresh approach and new modern website was needed to bring Cascade Realty Services up to date and attractive to the modern property market. Already affiliated with the major property portals the requirement was for the Digital Yak team to build an easy to use content management system suitable to house the property listings in an easy to upload and maintain way.

Development and discussion was had at a very early stage about whether or not the website needed to integrate in an automatic way with the major North American Property portals like MLS. Then the development moved on to the website itself, including slider images to showcase the beautiful area and space to have images of the realtors in the business.

The property listings included space for all the information about a property, for what was required to be listed but also space for images and information that help buyers get all the details about a particular property. As this property website included an easy to use CMS system the property details could be quickly and easily updated by the realtors themselves.
